IARP® reserves the right to terminate your use of the Website, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, if IARP® reasonably believes that your conduct fails to conform to the Terms of Use.
Complaint Resolution Not Provided: If a complaint is made against a Student, IARP® will not get involved in “complaint resolution”, and as such, will not become the judge in deciding who is right and who is wrong.
Course Updates: We start with an annual review of each course to determine if full, partial or no revamping is needed, and will revise the course(s) once a year accordingly. We also include source links within each presentation, so Students throughout the year can gain further clarity on topics covered as well as get updated any new guidelines, rules, etc.
1-Year Access: Once a student enrolls, the student will have one year of access to the IARP® Online Training Portal & related services, which will start from when the student first logs into the IARP® Online Training Portal — not from date of purchase. This one-year period applies to the webinars, course materials, exams and customer support..
Refund Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued if a student and/or customer has, AT ANY TIME, logged into any recorded webinar course, or downloaded any course materials or requested a Certificate of Completion for the course/certification/bootcamp/bundled package purchased. If a student and/or customer has not logged into a recorded webinar course, or downloaded any course materials or requested a Certificate of Completion, the customer is entitled to a full refund (minus a $75 administrative cancellation fee) provided a refund request is received in writing or via e-mail by IARP® within (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. If a refund is issued to a customer, the customer will not be permitted to repurchase any IARP® product from IARP®, or its affiliate resellers. NOTE: there are no refunds on corporate sponsorship packages that include advertising, “brand awareness” initiatives, email marketing, banner ads, etc.

Use of IARP® Logo & Name on Promotional Materials: The Student is not permitted to use the IARP® logo/name on any promotional materials (i.e. business cards, websites, brochures, online/print advertising, etc.). However, the Student may list their active IARP® Certification on their resume, LinkedIn.com profile or any other professional profile or bio. For example, the Student may add the IARP® Certification acronym to their LinkedIn.com profile name (for example, John Smith, CRP®). The Student may also add the IARP® Certification to their LinkedIn.com "Certifications" section of their profile, i.e. Certified Remote Professional (CRP®).

IARP® Certificant Directory (Your Public Profile) - Hold Harmless / Indemnify: Your privacy is very important to us, and we take every measure to safeguard your privacy. HOWEVER, if you provide IARP® with your Name/Profile Image as it relates to your IARP® Certification, this means you give IARP® permission to publish it within the IARP® website and IARP® Certificant Directory. And as such, this means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of the IARP® website, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture). Your decision to post your Name/Profile Image within the IARP® Website and IARP® Certificant Directory means you shall hold harmless and indemnify IARP® and its agents, directors, officers, members, employees and/or volunteers from any and all claims, loss, damage, costs (including court costs & attorney fees) however caused resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected to your Name/Profile Image being made public via the IARP® Website and IARP® Certificant Directory. NOTE: If you prefer to not have your Name/Profile Image posted on the IARP® Website and IARP® Certificant Directory, you may opt out at any time by simply emailing or calling us directly at 800-926-3511 Press 2, and we will promptly remove it.
No Job Placement Provided: For those Students who are seeking to find a remote job IARP® does not provide job placement assistance of any kind. Aside from the current state of any given job market, there are many other factors that go into the Student securing a job after obtaining IARP® Certification — which are out of IARP®’s control (i.e. the Student’s professionalism, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, employment track record, etc.). With this is mind, IARP® does NOT provide job placement assistance, nor guarantee the Student will find a job.
IARP® Certification is NOT a License: IARP® Certification is strictly a “professional development” training program – not a license.
Instructor Questions Not Permitted. We do not permit Students to ask questions directly to the instructors. However, we do include source links within each presentation, so Students can gain further clarity on particular topics and get updates throughout the year on new rule/guidelines changes, etc.

IARP® Certification Hold Harmless/Indemnify: By proceeding forward with obtaining any IARP® certification, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless IARP® and its employees, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, affiliates, and agents (as it relates to your IARP® certification) from and against any and all liabilities, actions, claims, damages, costs, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees & costs, arising out of (a) any negligent act or omission by you, or (b) any breach of any term contained in the IARP® certification paperwork. IARP® Certification is Not State or Federal Issued: All IARP® “professional development” courses are not required by any state. These IARP® “professional development” courses are designed to help you advance your career, grow your business and make the commitment to lifelong learning. All IARP® Certification programs are for “professional development” purposes only, and are NOT to be considered a State or Federal issued License or Certification. IARP® Certification has no effect on state professional licensure requirements, if any. It is advised that Students seek guidance from the appropriate licensing agency in your home state before beginning any academic program leading to licensure or certification. Although most employers do not require a “professional development” Certification to secure employment or for career advancement, we have been in business since 2018 and are considered by many remote professionals to be a leading provider in remote work education and certification.
Certification Exam Format: You may re-take a IARP® certification exam up to (3) times with a “cooling off” period of (14) calendar days between each failed exam. If you fail a IARP® certification exam three times, you must wait 1 year before you can re-register for the same IARP® certification -- the 1-year waiting period will start from the date of the third failed exam.

We’ve added Close Captioning to all our training classes.
We provide all students with 1 year access to our training classes, even though the average time a student takes to complete the training is between 1-3 months.
We utilize a video streaming service, which adheres to WCAG AA compliance standards such as ease of use with screen readers to help ensure that all video player elements can be read properly by screen readers, like JAWS & NVDA, as well as a default color contrast ratio that meets minimum WCAG AA standards, and more.
We can provide a student with extra time to take the exam instead of the standard 1-hour time limit.
We can make other special accommodations in accordance with ADA requirements.

To further our mission of providing sound remote work education, we accept advertising under strict guidelines as set forth herein (“Guidelines”). We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we believe is incompatible with our mission. We also reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we deem competitive or contrary to the best interests of the company.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to create, nor shall this Agreement be construed so as to create, a joint venture, agency or employment relationship between IARP® and member client.
This Agreement shall be construed as though drafted by both parties and shall not be construed against or in favor of any party.
Captions and paragraph headings herein are for convenience only, and shall not be used in construing this Agreement.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES: IARP® reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to change the Terms, Conditions and Notices under which this Web Site is offered.
